By booking services with Rana Logistic Packers and Movers, you agree to a binding contract for packing, moving, transportation, or storage services as outlined in your quotation or booking details.

2. Booking Confirmation
All service requests must be confirmed through phone, email, or our official website. We reserve the right to accept or decline bookings depending on service availability and operational feasibility.

3. Scope of Services
Our offerings include household shifting, office relocation, vehicle transportation, packing and unpacking, loading and unloading, as well as storage solutions. Any additional services outside this scope will be subject to extra charges and prior written approval.

4. Accuracy of Information
Customers are required to provide correct and complete details about the items to be moved. Any discrepancies in quantity, size, or nature of goods may result in revised costs or delays in service.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms
Service charges are determined based on the type of service and distance involved. Advance payment may be required, and any remaining balance must be settled before final delivery. We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, UPI, and credit/debit cards.

6. Delays and Cancellations

We offer both short-term and long-term storage options. Clients must adhere to the agreed payment terms for storage. Failure to make payments may lead to restricted access or disposal of stored goods after due notice.

10. Restricted Items
Transportation of hazardous materials, explosives, perishable items, illegal substances, and high-value items like cash or jewelry is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse such goods.

11. Damage and Loss Claims
Any claims regarding damage or loss must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Valid claims will be reviewed and resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to deny service in cases involving unsafe conditions, non-compliance with our terms, or inappropriate customer behavior.

13. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure proper access to premises during packing and delivery. Necessary permissions, parking arrangements, or elevator access should be arranged in advance.

We respect your privacy and ensure that all personal information is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or with your consent.

15. Intellectual Property Rights
